Orders & Payment
We accept payments made via all major debit and credit cards.
Please write to us at email@example.com and quote your order number. Our support team will do their best to assist you.
If you are using a credit card, please be advised that there is an non-refundable, additional platform fee of 3.5% charged per transaction.
Delivery & Shipping
For purchases below S$100, there will be a delivery charge of S$5 per location.
Delivery is FREE for purchases of above S$100 to a single location.
All orders will be delivered straight to your doorstep by our local couriers within 5 to 7 working days.
Should there be any changes to your picked delivery dates and timings, we will contact you at least 1 working day in advance to notify you of the changes.
Upon pick up, your order will be issued a tracking number in the following format: ‘MASH0000XXXX’ and you will then be notified via email.
To track your order manually, please follow these steps:
1. Head over to https://www.cjlogistics.com/en/network/en-sg
2. Enter your tracking number in the text box.
3. Proceed and you'll be directed you to your parcel tracking page.

Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it.
Warranty, Returns & Refunds
Our limited 1-year warranty covers the following components of your mechanical keyboard:
1. Printed circuit-boards (PCB)
2. Mechanical Switches
For out-of-box defects, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and photos or videos of the issue at hand (if available).

Our return policy applies to products that are unused and in the same condition that you have received it.
The products must also be returned in their original packaging and must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns must be received by us within 7 days from the day you receive your items based on our records. Your return will be voided if it is not received by us during this time frame.
Returned items are subject to a condition check, after which we will notify you via email before proceeding with an exchange or refund. The refund processing period may vary between 5-7 working days from the reception of your returned items at our office.
All promotional codes cannot be re-issued and will not be refundable. The final paid price will be refunded for items purchased using a promo code or gift voucher.
Items are eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:
1. Items are returned in its original packaging.
2. Items are returned within 7 days from the date of receiving them.
Once your return has been received, the items will be subject to a condition check and Mash reserves the right to reject any return of items do not meet the listed conditions above.
